Coaching is completely focused on the individual and their specific agenda, it offers the opportunity to talk through and explore a variety of options with someone who is neutral. The individual will be challenged to become more creative in how they think as well as stretching self imposed boundaries.

The emphasis is on achieving goals in a supportive and understanding manner where confidentiality is guaranteed. There is no doubt that coaching takes time, however, focused effort always does and if time is invested for some structured coaching, the results will be evident.

Mentoring is a powerful and effective way of helping individuals to progress in their careers and is becoming increasing popular as its potential is realised. It is a partnership between two people (mentor and mentee) normally working in a similar field or sharing similar experiences. It is a helpful relationship based upon mutual trust and respect.

Our programme is focused on the individual. It is less of a formalised professional relationship and more of a partnership. We provide guidelines and training for our mentors and mentees, but the issues discussed will vary depending upon the issues being faced by the mentee.
