Objective

This workshop aims to provide tuition around the important subject of emotional health, encouraging delegates to understand how to support people to talk about emotional health. It looks at how to identify changing behavioural patterns and provides an understanding of coping strategies, ultimately resulting in delegates being able to administer Emotional First Aid to an employee in need.

The workshop is ideally suited to anyone involved in managing and supporting employees; wishing to implement additional wellbeing support at work.
